Sailing in Tahiti, 2024.
Hi, I’m Brad.
I’m a photographer and director who loves capturing real moments on planet Earth– namely photographing couples in love, and telling stories about artists through short documentaries.
But I’ve had an incredibly eclectic career! I began my professional life as a copywriter, writing for the likes of VICE Magazine and their TV channel VICELAND, and reading poetry at the famous KGB Bar. I also worked as a creative for a few advertising agencies in New York until I decided I wanted to get into video and film. I spent some time as a producer for a food and culture YouTube channel, and a creative at a TV startup.
For a year I was a cook at a Taiwanese restaurant in the East Village of Manhattan (not any restaurant– one of The New York Times’ best restaurants of 2025). During that time I taught myself how to edit video, and from 2020 until 2025 I worked as an editor and documentary director.
My current professional focus is photography, something I’ve been doing since I was a high schooler (I even converted a closet in my school into a dark room one year).
I love taking photos of couples and would love to shoot more small weddings this year, but I’m excited to capture any moments that need remembering, whether that’s for brands or people.
